Cancellation & Refunds:

PMP does not accept any cancellation(s) or do not provide any refund(s). In case of any problem related to product, users are requested to contact PMP within 7 days of the delivery of the product.

Delays in Delivery:

PMP or any of its trustees, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives or subcontractors shall not be liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays or interruptions in delivery of products due to any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to, electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or delays/negligence of the postal services or other like causes.

Failure in Delivery:

PMP or any of its trustees, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives or subcontractors shall not be liable in case of failure in delivery of products by postal services or damage caused to the products due to the negligence of postal services.

This shipping and returns policy forms part of the Terms of Use of PMP and PMP reserves the right to modify this shipping and returns policy at any time without providing any prior notice.
